    • We have camped around Bluff several times but not at that place, Valley of the Gods is the most scenic just north. And the top of the Moki Dugway is a also great but I would never pull a long TT up the Moki. Green River? Too generic to know. Flaming Gorge has a number of boondocking areas. And I think it is on the Green River reservoir. Our limit is usually water, and we have a 30 gallon bladder and a drill pump to add water to the tank. We were using jugs but they are a PITA. You can find bladders fairly cheap on Amazon. We can generally go 7-9 days on the Black tank. The gray tank can sometimes be legally dumped in the field but not always.
    • Water (fresh, black, and gray) has been our limitations. We are 50 gallons fresh, 36 gallons gray same size for black. Not so much fresh in that fresh water anywhere in gallon jugs on up etc. We also have a freshwater bladder that we have used for extended stays. It’s grey and black and we must watch.  As far as black goes we tried and gave up with the composition toilet. It did not work out for us. Never got far enough with the composition toilet to try the combination of gray and black tanks. Even when “allowed,” we do not dump our gray on the ground. If the stay is long enough, we use the macerator pump into our 42-gallon Tote along and take it to the proper facility and refill the freshwater bladder.
    • Finances are fine. Health is becoming more problematic and laziness is increasing! 😲
    • We've been practicing boondocking for the past month or so, mainly by turning the 50A breaker off for a day or two. This week we're practicing water conservation, just to see how long a tank will actually last. Next month we'll boondock three times for two nights each: Brown Springs Campground near Farmington, NM; Sand Island Campground near Bluff, UT; and near Green River, WY. There are several sites near Green River and no permits or reservations needed, so we'll check them out as we get there. Does anyone know anything about any of these campgrounds? Our travel trailer is 40' long, pulled by a 4wd F350.
