RickS
Well, I could repeat what my wife just told me when I said I'm going to boost her up on the truck to wax it......but maybe not! 😁 Quote Rick & Carey,Excel W41GKE Wild Cargo Toyhauler Volvo 730, D13, I-shift, 500/1850Brabus Smart Car
Vegas Teacher
Well an update I told my wife I would booster her up too. She told me I was number 1, but I don't think that was the correct finger to do that. Later Cory Ossana
Alie&Jim's Carrilite
Different methods...Different people.... Some folks may be able to borrow a forklift and a pallet, others have hung out of a tractor front end loader, others build elaborate scaffold, yet others will pay for someone else to do that part. Me, I gently lean a stepladder against the back wall of the cab, and stand near the top, then do the same on the sides. The front gets tricky.... I may have put a ladder over the valve cover and climbed up from there.... Jaydrvr
One or two of the Little Giant type ladders are very versatile and can solve a lot of difficult access issues. Jay

Jaydrvr
Definitely true and I might add, they're very sturdy and stable. We really like them. Jay
rickeieio
We have one Little Giant, and two knock-offs. The genuine article is worth the extra cost, especially if it'll see rough service or be used by a fat old dude. The imitators are from Lowes and Home Depot. While both are sub par, the one from Lowes is much better. dblr
Wonder how much it would cost to rent one of the small cherry pickers that you can tow behind a vehicle with the four stabilizer feet.
