I towed a 28 foot TT weighing 4000 to 4500 lbs MGW with a 5.2 V8 2 wheel rear drive in flatlands of Texas using WDH with no problems. HOWEVER, I towed the same trailer in the Rockies and mountains of west coast Oregon, Calif and Nevada with a Dodge 2500 V10 4X4 for several years. No way would I try to tow same trailer in mountains with a small V8. Better safe than sorry for my own comfort level. The V10 was a towing monster and YES I could easily afford the gas. Be interesting to see if this tesla car will actually be allowed for sale in USA at $25,000 price if at all. I would think this would greatly undercut the sales of more expensive teslas and other EV cars now and planned for future. I was not aware of a paid Allstays app as I use a free Allstays website constantly to obtain a lot of info on many types of campgrounds and RV parks. Very useful. In addition to true backwoods of the NF in north california and Oregon I have found many remote almost excellent boondocking spots in north and central Nevada, NE Calif, western Utah and eastern Oregon. These are mostly high desert BLM areas that are far from large towns and away from 4 wheel off road rock climbing areas that are mostly flat non sandy terrain with no appeal to the hell raising dirt bikers and 4 wheelers. Very little snow or ice in winter months but does get cold and very windy often so no tents or shade brellas some times. Although camping in the dirt I use cheap throw away tarps for ground cloths and keep important items off the ground. Bring extra water, batteries, food, winter clothing, etc. Happy trails to all and checking out for now. I just completed an in person visit with my VA primary care doctor for routine checkup that included labs at main VA hospital campus. Also have AARP Medicare supplemental that also use for travel everywhere plus any VA med facilities along my route of travel (if needed). Both private hospital and VA contact me for in person health care exams/checkups such as VA dental work next week. VA dentist wears both a mask and faceplate. Good for her and me. Many years ago in SE Asia I developed a stubborn rash that would not go away after playing tennis in the heat of day. Pink spots all over me. Local doctor prescribed a cream and rash eventually disappeared. Other rashes have come and gone since then. Best of luck to you and I'm checking out for now. P.S. NYT and post news articles. Sounds like impending doom to me RV. I still have my yellow shot and health cards from all my years of overseas work and travels plus blank ones never filled out given to me by Singapore health official or maybe embassy staff.
