Now I travel 500 miles to see the truck in person, drive it, and put my personal inspection to it. I owe the entire forum a big "Thank you" for answering all of my silly rookie questions and helping me educate myself on the topic and hopefully make an informed decision. Wish me luck. When you hear from me next, I may have joined the ranks of the HDT crowd! (Or the whole thing will be a big disaster and I will just have to walk away...) He was very nice to work with, helpful and treated me very fairly. He did several unexpected services to the truck before we got there, picked us up at the airport and closed the deal by getting an inop air conditioner fixed. Very clean inside and outside. As said before it's a 425 hp dual torque D13 with non-overdrive iShift, hooked to a 2.41 rear end. From Fargo to Wisconsin, I averaged about 10 mpg. Not great but acceptable. Edit: I guess I use photo bucket to put them up! Stupid limit!
