Factory says 13' 2" I always figure 13' 6" just to be safe.

The Excel we had prior to our current RV was something around 11'10" which was the main reason we got it over the other two brands we were considering. Since we do a lot of boondocking, the lower profile was important to us.

13' 3" when we finally got to a level area and actually measured it. High point is the Maxx Air vent cover over the bathroom vent. I'm amazed that it's higher that our folded (for travel) roof Travel'r satellite antenna. We set our GPS at 13' 4". David
