  1. I wasn’t going to comment but I would bet somewhere in the fine print it says not for continuous living. Most trailers are not built to be used full time, even if the salesman says you can or it says 4 seasons. I know a lot of people do it but that doesn’t mean it’s built for it.
  2. First time I read it. We’re laughing by the campfire.
  3. We are still with nationwide on car hdt and fifth wheel. Went through Herrmann insurance agency in rapid city sd. Glad to see you got all set with hdt and fiver. We met at the east coast rally and showed you are truck and trailer.
  4. We’re 73 ft and have fit in all the corp. parks and a few state parks that we tried. Only had trouble one time but found another site in the same park.
  5. Hate to see that but glad they are ok. We were just there 10 days ago.

    Rough Road

State hwy 190 in Texas from 10 to Menard Texas is not bad, very hilly and beautiful views. 2 lane all the way a couple rough patches but an easy drive. Going to drive 29,79 and 190 tomorrow

    Rough Road

We just drove east from benson Arizona on 10 and it was rough and rutted most of the way to El Paso Texas. A lot of road work in ElPaso. After El Paso it was all concrete highway, flat and smooth, no ruts. Stopped in Van Horn tonight. about 120 miles on 10 tomorrow then the good relaxing 2 lane highway.
  9. I went to the same technical school in St. Louis (Ranken) in 1986 for machine shop but haven’t been back there since. Wasn’t in the best neighborhood then and if still in the same place I don’t want to see it. We had great instructors there then that had real life experience not just book smarts. The high school I went to had a vocational machine shop course that was 3 hours a day for 2 years. I think that might have ended 15 years after I graduated high school (1986). They always pushed college degrees but you still need the trade for a lot of things. Is the main Ranken building still on Finney ave off of Grand in St. Louis?

  16. Not from Texas but car plates can’t be put on truck plates in Illinois when we lived there. Texas might be same way?
