  1. Mine is 3/16. Could be thinner just use smaller flat head screws. I used brass screws for awhile until I saw that they didn’t loosen up over time then put stainless 1/4-20 screws in.
  2. Where is your next rally? We go back for our visits to Illinois 2 times a year. We are in chapter 21 from the Bendon Arizona Escapees Park.
  3. P.A.S.S. Pull pin, aim, squeeze, sweep the base
  4. Glad to see you got it going Craig. Tell Janelle we said hi.
  5. And even when the topic was getting back on track someone has to bring it up again.
  6. Anyone have any pictures from the crossville rally this year?
  7. Look at jc refrigeration in Shipshewana. If you like the size and trim that refrigerator has now they can convert it to a 12 volt compressor cooling unit. Worked great and only136 watts. We did the dial compressor on a 18.5 cubic foot norcold
  8. The manufacturer has a gvwr rating for a reason. It is negligent to overload the rv or vehicle. Find an rv that you can live with but look at the frame ,suspension, brakes and tires, then look at all the fancy stuff. Keep looking for one you can carry all your things and still be at a safe limit. There are enough overloaded trucks out there already try not to add to it. You don’t want to have an accident and hurt someone or kill them when you know you are overloaded, and an investigation will show that. Just be safe and look more at the bones than the bling.

    towing

Coachnet will cover tow if singled, not tandem,And you do need a policy for the hdt(rv or motorhome) and one for the regular rv
  10. Got ours in May. Old plates were barely 2 years old. Saved old ones for future projects
  11. That’s good to know about South Dakota I’ll give them a call to compare prices
  12. Did you call the Missouri dmv yet? Your waiting to hear what you want to hear and won’t even know if it’s the right answer. Call them !!
  13. Some state will transfer plates from old car to new car but not truck to car or car to truck. You would have been breaking the law if you just put the tags on the new one and waited to get back to Missouri to do the paperwork. Your not the first person to do this. If you would have called the Missouri dmv you probably would have had your answer by now
  14. Just looked it up and nationwide is one of their underwriters. That’s who we have also. Just told someone that recently but was on the general topic thread
  15. Who is the underwriting company for RVInsurance Solutions
  16. It does in ours. We’ve been in 2 campgrounds in the last year that had a grounding problem and the ems found it. The campground we’re in now has a low voltage on L2 and shut it off. The brand is progressive industries.
  17. We had State Farm in Illinois and they said they would cover us for full time rving since we were a current customer. They would have had to make several different policies to cover everything ( hdt car trailer full timers liability). They wouldn’t cover new customers. We have used nationwide for three years and domicile in South Dakota.
  18. Ours is factory single. I think Carl told me Coachnet does not do tandems
