The day we were due to arrive she called us (never said who she was) Just said "when you gonna get here? You need to be here by 2 pm. My musician friend invited everyone to a party so we need to leave by 2. " The party was hosted by Judy Bailey, a country singer. She provided all the food, and a live concert with her new band. You just have to be open to having fun when you go to Betty's. We are having so much fun. Happy Hours turn into dinner and last for hours. Tomorrow we are going to a Chitlin Festival. Fun Fun Fun. After that we will probably move over to La Posa for a couple weeks or longer. Then who knows. Be aware that if Dennis offers pulled pork it will be VERY spicy hot. Even what he claims is mild is hotter than most people can eat according to reports from attendees of the RV Driving School's gathering in Q back when Dennis owned the driving school. Dennis usually is the photographer for the SKP happy hour in Q which keeps him on the hop so he might not have time to sit and visit. Really glad to hear the Freddie is doing good. After a week in Pahrump enjoying the mid 70's weather and trying to track down some of the other Classless folk, I gave up and had to return to the Frozen Tundra of the PNW. I even looked for the fabled Ice Cream Machine, figuring that Steve just may have hid it there but no luck on that front either. The weather here has been great but the trees are losing their bloom pretty quickly now. This park has cleared out during the week and just the weekend warriors are showing up now. Time to head out for Red Bay Alabama and get the scrapes fixed. Left the RV in Casa Grande, Az and drove the truck over. Now waiting on the flash as Jeri goes east and then another as she returns to the west.
