rickeieio
Some folks need sunglasses to feel "cool" when driving a smart. But not me, no, never....... I will add though, for a while I thought the daytime driving lights were the low beams. It really makes a difference if you turn the real lights on. Just say'n. GlennWest
I don't wear sunglasses. Prescription glasses. My car dims just don't go very far at all. Is there an adjustment on them? May just be too low. Nuke-E
The projector in the earlier (451) Smarts can be upgraded, there's not much to do with the 453s. It's a butyl sealant on the housings, and easily opened up. The biggest downside to a better projector (in my opinion) is how much more you notice the car rocking back and forth with each shift. The 453 doesn't have projectors--I was referring only to the older version. Of course, the 453 could be had with a conventional manual, so I suppose it depends on who's driving!
