Hello to my old Escapees friends.  After ten fulltiming years in our ten-ton Royals International fiver, we decided to leave the trailer in Florida for our use in the winter, and spend summers in an Adirondack cabin. So we no longer need our truck. I’ll miss it.

Do you mean a three peddle auto-shift or a two peddle fully automated transmission?

AV - two pedal fully automatic, or change to manual shifting when you need it.

HomeAutom8r - I'll try to post pix.  In the meantime, email me and I'll send pix to you.

AV, nope it's correct.  I've already received two emails in reply to my post.

Note that there is a dot between my first and last names, and another between "rcn" and "com".  Also, following the advice on the Escapees' site, I used "at" in place of     "@".  To send an email to me, substitute "@" where "at" appears.  Or call me.  My number is included, but replace the words "six one seven" with the actual numbers.  (Another Escapees' suggestion.)

I remember that truck from my visits to South Florida. Met the owner once I believe.

The door in the rear of the cab is an access to the cab.  Our greyhounds were too heavy for me to lift into the cab, so I had the rear platform and the door built. A year or so later, we decided to bring our station wagon along with us when we traveled.  My wife drove it and I drove the truck.  The dogs now travel in the wagon, usually asleep.  We then used the inside rear of the cab as a storage area, with the door providing easy access for things like my wife's sound equipment.  (She's a professional singer.)

Jeremiah!

Good to see your truck again!  Sounds like you're making a slight change in your RV plans.  Plans change all the time and I hope this works out for you.

Looks like a new paint job on the truck?

This will make a nice truck for someone.  Great low mileage.
