So man who committed no offense or broke any law but was yelling in a parking lot was chased by police ! Yet we are being ordered in many areas, Calif, NY, NJ, not to go outside with out a mask on!

Many people who are full time use a mail forwarding service because they travel extensively. If you are going to stay put in one camp ground, ask the camp ground if they accept mail and use that address. If you want to get a mail forwarding service Escapees has one of the best.

With things the way there are now, most National Parks and State Parks closed, and many Private Camp Grounds either closed, not allowing newcomers to enter or only 30 day stays allowed, it is getting much more difficult for full timers who have no physical home to go back to, to find a place to park. I had a volunteer position in 3 National Parks over the summer that have all canceled and now am looking for somewhere to stay. I will be heading to the Escapees Camp Ground in Hollister MO near Branson for the next month or two. Where are all you other full timers going?

Law enforcement has much more things to do than monitor how long you have been in there State. If you are pulled over for a traffic offense or have an accident then they may investigate.

Just an FYI. Amazon workers across the country may be going on strike sometime this week as reported on many news outlets. No. There is no place to park at any of the rentals and even if there was they are all in Calif and it is illegal to park anywhere on the property or the street.

I always left the grey open in the past, but now that my level indicators are not accurate I close the grey too. When my shower begins to drain slow I know it is time to dump. Usually can go 5/6 days.

I think Dish internet is only for residential and not mobil. If you are at Rainbow Plantation check with the office for a referral to a independent Dish representative , and/or any other internet providers who may often come to the camp ground there.

I am full time and don't have a physical residence to stay put at. I also volunteer at National Parks in the summer and all 3 of my assignments have canceled for the entire summer and I now have no place to go. I am trying to find a camp ground that is open and will allow me to stay at for several months. Not sure how I am going to pay for a camp site. My only income is rental income and if my tenants don't pay their rent I can't even evict them. My son lives in Omaha NE but all State Parks are closed and the few camp grounds that are open are full and have a waiting list. My daughter lives near Green Bay WI and it is even worse there. My son who is in the business says there can never be merger because that would create a monopoly. I sure hope Musk gets his system up and running at a reasonable price in the near future so I can just get satellite internet and stream. I go to many areas with no cell signal so I can't give up my satellite tv system yet.

If Dish buys out DirecTV will I have to convert my roof top Travler from DirecTV to Dish. I was thinking of changing to Dish but may wait now. If I do not have to buy a conversion kit I can save $300 in parts and $200 in labor.

My son is a fiber optics wifi installer in Omaha NE. He said they are still going on calls but will not enter the house. They are leaving the equipment on the front porch of the house and going back into their van parked on the street and talking to the homeowner on the phone telling them how to temporally hook up. They have to pass the cable thru a window and he grabs it outside and hooks it up to the outside cable box on the street. They advise the homeowner that they will need to schedule an appointment for the cable company to come back later to professionally install everything after this is over.

Legally you can have more than one residence.However, you can only have one domicile. Most people, including government workers, do not understand the difference. If you own a home in more than one State you can stay in your home as long as you want to without changing your domicile. You domicile State is the State where you have your drivers license, vehicle registration, voting registration, etc. If you are working in a second State for a lengthy period of time that may change things.

I was denied my first two attempts and then found out that my PIN code is not used at the pump as my control number. You must enter the first four digits of your Social Security number at the pump. The PIN number is only used to sign onto the web site.

This is the Escapees Forum, so I assume you re a member of the Escapees RV Club. As a member you can use the Escapees Mail Forwarding Address in Livingston TX, Escapees HQ, as your legal address. Or even SD or FL. Escapees also has about a dozen Co-Op Parks where you can buy a lifetime lease on a lot with a small house, Casita, or Arizona Room etc. and still travel inn your RV. Most Co-Ops cost somewhere in the $25,000 to $35,000 range to purchase a lifetime lease on a lot, and have a annual maintenance fee of about $1,000. You can buy a used F-250 and a 5th wheel to pull it with for about $50,000 or $60,000, or a used Class A gasser for about $90,000. If you decide later to make changes, you can sell your Escapees lot for every dime you spent. You many take some of a loss on depreciation on the RV but not much since you are below $100,000 already.
