  1. I picked up the wire last week. Decided to get in there and remove the wiring from the old unit I had in here. The wires runs on top of a steel beam behind my sliding doors which separates storage from tanks. That unit had dual outputs so 4 sets of #12. Guess what I found when all those wires removed? My 6/3 land line cable. Teton ran them to there, across and back to breaker box. Sweet. Made this easy. Went ahead and mounted a new inboard surge protector. Made wiring easier. Got inverters wired and tie in ready to be made. Got rather warm today and didn't want to shut down air conditioner this evening. Do that in the morning while cool.
  2. Front axle not designed for continuous use. If you go this route remove front and replace with rear. What you stated was done when the first few were converted. They fail. Lesson learned.
  3. I installed air over hydraulic when I upgraded my brakes to hydraulic disc. Wow what a difference. zero lag. instant braking with proper braking power with truck pedal.
  4. Freightshakers has this name for a reason. Plastic breaks. Good solid drivetrain but cheap dash.
  5. Voltage is consistent at each battery. If bad cell it would be off.
  6. It sounds like that to me also. Only way I can this happening. It is strange though as soon as I put that charger on I had 12v. It hadn't had time to put any energy into it. It is only a 5 amp charger.
  7. We had several days of rainy cloud cover and no charging. Batteries got down to 44 volts and 12v circuits shut down. Bms shuts down at 33v. 48/12v converter goes down to 30 volts input. I should have got out meters and checked voltages but just turned on charger and immediately 12v came back on. It only a small charger. Now I have 3 battery paks and each one has it's own bms. They feed a bussbar where they are all combined. Your thoughts.
  8. I would never pay that for a phone.
  9. When we first left NC we stayed in Texas. I bought a new truck. We paid NC taxes and got NC plates. Dealer handled all of it. Did use a temp tag for a while while waiting for mine to come in.
  10. RVing is never less than stick and brick. Now if high mortgage might not.
  11. one in now $450.00 monthly with electric. But have paid $700.00 plus electric. But we have never paid any higher. We happy with mom and pop parks.
  12. Where you located? Some Love's have Speedco service also.
  13. just checked a truck lub company. 275 plus filters
  14. Think my last was $600. Lots of filters.
  15. Actually he doesn't have to 240v service to run the minisplit. I have my 240v mini split on a step up transformer that inputs 120v and outputs 240v. It powers my mini split. Yes it is going around one elbow so to speak but allows me to run it off my 2500 watt inverter. It will run both mini splits and tv. Might run more but all we need in a pinch.
  16. I used a mechanical Thermostat and was not happy with the temp difference. Several degrees. Got a Honeywell unit digital from Lowes and it works great. It is like 2 degrees difference.
  17. I started having back problems years ago. Right hip area. Doc says billfold. Lost it and never looked back. So use only card now. No more back problem either. Going to give this digital pay a try.
  18. Wearing masks and using cash. It likely germ infested. Sorry. Had to say it
  19. More than one to skin a cat. I have a 240v mini split. I put it on a transformer and now it runs off of a 120v circuit. Did this so I can use an small quite generator. Just get one you can step up voltage.
  20. I do that now. Have ever since they came out.
  21. Actually made over 1 million in the last decade and never used cash. But must agree I was working mostly and no time to spend any. But DW doesn't carry cash either since the company paid our per deim in cash quit doing it.
