Auto-leveling good to go? Is it due, or how soon does engine/drive-train need servicing? Appliances, the good and bad on them? Dings/ouchies on body? Glass conditions? Air system/brakes tight? Roof recently re-sealed or needs it, any soft spots/de-lamination? Couch/chair, mattress not important as first thing we do is replace those. Flooring and seats (drivers/passenger) good or need replaced/re-covered? Slides work good? Have you pulled a vehicle/trailer/etc behind it? We'd need to rent a U-Haul trailer to bring the car back home with us so the camper brakes would need to be top notch shape as any u-haul trailer we've used did not have brakes on trailers... LOL Chances are we would leave it parked at your place and fly back to drive home, depends on mood at that moment. How far from Seattle? We will be there mid/late Jun and could drop down to see it if you still have it then.
