We have lost the travel bug and no longer use this coach as it should be used.  It has served us well for the last ten years we have owned it with several snow bird trips to the Gulf Coast and various local trips.

I'm  surprised you still have it. I have a 2000 UF 40JD w/ISC 350 and wouldn't sell it for $40k.

I sometimes vacillate over selling or not selling but we are just not using it enough to justify keeping it and maintaining it.  It has served us well for over ten years now.

Thanks for validating my asking price Ray!

Still available - willing to negotiate.  Just put the sofa bed back in today and the ugly green recliner is GONE.

We have had this coach listed over six months and very little interest.

Do you have it listed in any other places? The people who see it here are mostly older and have RVs. There are several other places to advertise that would likely be much more effective. The RV Trader comes to mind.

I don't know where you are but PPL Motorhomes in Texas also comes to mind. I regular look at their site and older reasonably priced coaches move fast on it.

I don't think you're getting enough eyes on it, Len. The year isn't that old, the mileage is low. If possible, get more, better, pics online to share here. The photo hosting here is trash. I'd also advise sites like RVT.comRVTrader.com, even your local Craigslist.

I have been wrong before, I'll probably be wrong again.

MiGypzee, yes I am in Central Oregon - about 45 north of Bend.

Darryl&Rita,  looking to post it on ebay later this week and see how much attention it gets.  Primary issue seems to be (1) lack of cash and (2) banks unwilling to finance at reasonable rates.  Last person interested said bank wanted 12.7% - wow!

Thanks for all the input and suggestions.  May just keep it as a spare bedroom for guests!

I wish my partner was in shape to travel again as I'd be there to buy it. I really think that the issue is exposure for the advertisement.

Date of tires?  Miles on them?  Or will they need replaced soon?  Hours on generator, does it run well/no problems?  Auto-leveling good to go?  Is it due, or how soon does engine/drive-train need servicing?  Appliances, the good and bad on them?  Dings/ouchies on body?  Glass conditions?  Air system/brakes tight?  Roof recently re-sealed or needs it, any soft spots/de-lamination?  Couch/chair, mattress not important as first thing we do is replace those.  Flooring and seats (drivers/passenger) good or need replaced/re-covered?  Slides work good?

Have you pulled a vehicle/trailer/etc behind it?  We'd need to rent a U-Haul trailer to bring the car back home with us so the camper brakes would need to be top notch shape as any u-haul trailer we've used did not have brakes on trailers... LOL  Chances are we would leave it parked at your place and fly back to drive home, depends on mood at that moment.

How far from Seattle?  We will be there mid/late Jun and could drop down to see it if you still have it then.

Your welcome to E-mail me the info and anything else you can think of about it/details, etc.  It is a little longer than we are looking for but for right price, it could work as we mostly boon-dock in out of the way locations.
