Wrknrvr Posted November 15, 2018 Report Posted November 15, 2018 Just curious as to what works. Tv is Samsung series's 45. I was asked about it yesterday by a customer. Just never thought of it before for a tv. Thanks, Vern Th
Dutch_12078 Posted November 15, 2018 Report Posted November 15, 2018 If the TV supports Bluetooth, there are many wireless headsets available. If it doesn't, there are also a number of Bluetooth adapters available that plug into the headset jack or audio out connections on the TV. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_7_14?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=bluetooth+headphones+over+ear https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_6_17?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=bluetooth+adapter+for+tv Dutch 2001 GBM Landau 34' Class A F-53 Chassis, Triton V10, TST TPMS 2011 Toyota RAV4 4WD/Remco pump ReadyBrute Elite tow bar/brake system

She doesn't hear very well and loud tv noise keeps me awake. Perfect solution

Lance A Lott Posted November 16, 2018 Report Posted November 16, 2018 If you have dish network some of there receivers have Bluetooth.
Dapperdan Posted November 17, 2018 Report Posted November 17, 2018 We have a Samsung TV in our house, I use these so I don't disturb the Mrs in the morning while she's sleeping in. 😀 They work great! Our TV doesn't have bluetooth connectivity so I had to buy the hard wired type, hard wired to the TV NOT the headphones, the range is very good BTW. Dan
RV_ Posted November 17, 2018 Report Posted November 17, 2018 Same here, I use them to watch after my SH goes to bed. She doesn't mind but after running rifle and pistol training and ranges for 20 years, I do need it a bit louder. I use Amazon fire TV and have them paired to the Fire TV. The 5.1 Surround system has Bluetooth as well. Many new TVs also have Bluetooth capability. I have several seats, two on ear, one, these over and around the ears, and one in ear waterproof for wet or rough use. One, the Mixcdr set, have excellent sound and also will pair with a second set of Bluetooth headset so two can listen. https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Headphones-Mixcder-ShareMe-Comfortable/dp/B01LY56U3P#customerReviews RV/Derekhttp://www.rvroadie.com Email on the bottom of my website page.Retired AF 1971-1998 When you see a worthy man, endeavor to emulate him. CincyGus Posted November 20, 2018 Report Posted November 20, 2018 I've got these and they are solid. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I can where these anywhere in my 2000+ Sq. Ft. home without dropping connection. ABout halfway down the 70' driveway, they cut out. Battery life is solid and can use rechargable or sub in regular batteries in a pinch if you ever had the need to. I've never seen a tombstone that said "He was a great employee". Dutch_12078 Posted November 20, 2018 Report Posted November 20, 2018 I prefer the flexibility of Bluetooth headphones. We can use the same pair with our TV's, Dish sat receivers, FireTVstick, tablets, laptops, and cell phones. Linda Yes, although sometimes it's a problem when one of the devices accepts multiple headphone connections. Most of our "stuff" only allows one connection at a time so we just connect one headphone to one device first, and then enable Bluetooth on the next device for the other headphone. Wrknrvr Posted November 21, 2018 Author Report Posted November 21, 2018 I want to thank everyone for there help on this subject. It has shown there is a lot of different things to do for this subject. The customer has let his fifthwheel sit on his lot in Arizona while he is going to pickup his new class c in Florida. So I had him look at this forum and look at what he can find while traveling from Florida back to Arizona. He is limited to the height of the tv in his fifthwheel to 26". So when he returns in mid January we will do this project. I will responded as to what we did and how it is working. Thanks again,. Vern
