dsvohio
While driving our 2006 Tiffin bus our entrance door lock is locking and unlocking itself. It has a keypad on the outside and a toggle switch just inside the entrance door. It also works off a fob. What could it be.

Darryl&Rita
Is the fob in a purse or pocket? While checking , don't overlook any grounding points for the circuit . Bad grounds account for a huge amount of electrical gremlins . Goes around , comes around . sandsys
When I had that problem it was because my fob was in my pocket so every time I moved it clicked. Ray,IN
There is a solenoid inside the door, when it fails it is usually in the locked position. To be on the safe side, and upon advice of an RV technician, I began leaving a window large enough to crawl through unlocked, in case the Trimark door solenoid failed in the locked position. You may find extensive reading here. There is a thread concerning this on another RVing forum where the MH owner spent over $1,000 having the door repaired/replaced after a mobile technician tore it apart to gain access. 2000 Winnebago Ultimate Freedom USQ40JD, ISC 8.3 Cummins 350, Spartan MM Chassis. Wrknrvr
Try polishing the contact area on the door where the 12vdc transfers to the door. Little brass buttons and the plates where they touch. Possible,. Vern
