Al F
Big Bend State Park or Big Bend National Park? Long term--Neither. BB NP has full hookups with I think a 2 week limit at the Rio Grande Village area. BB SP has a 20+ mile gravel access road with very limited dry camping spots for bigger rigs. NO hookups at all in the SP Outside the park there are RV Parks with monthly rates. BigTexRex
The nearest RVP, that I know of, with longterm parking is the Lost Alaskan in Alpine, TX. It is 100 miles north of Big Bend. A great RVP. Rex & Karen Libre y pobre en La Casa Rodante

Barbaraok
We loved staying at Stillwell, a real hoot, and so quiet that our cats OVERSLEPT. We did day trips from there and saw a great deal of the park - though you never see it all in one trip. They had free wifi when we were there (which is great since there is no cell service) and obviously no problem with the satellite dish.
