Who's Going to the Tampa RV Show?

Jim & Wilma

Recommended Posts

We’ll be arriving at the Tampa RV show early Wednesday, Jan 18th and expect to stay a few nights in the NE parking lot. Last year we regretfully missed the Wednesday night gathering around the “campfire” hosted by our Canadian friends.

Who’s planning on coming this year? Looking forward to seeing everybody that can make it!

I'm planning to be there. Pulling out of Victoria on the 10th pm. Route depends on weather but probably I-5 down to intercept I -10 somewhere.

I called the office and the Rally has booked everything with power but things happen, breakdowns, illness etc so I'm still going to try.

for a powered spot.

I will either ride or drive for a day on the weekend. Would like to get there when it's not so busy, but I'm still working Monday to Friday. Guess I should request no call for that weekend before I forget.

As mentioned previously, we will definitely be there early Wed AM and stay until Sunday AM when we will head back to Ft. Wilderness. Dry camping in the NE lot is the place to be....sounds like a mini-rally!

Also, Paul & Diane will be in a campground but will join for the nightly festivities and will bring their 2016 Blue Volvo.

You guys are going to have way too much fun!!

Couldn't agree more Rocky. But wouldn't have guessed a few years ago that the definition of a good time is a campfire with friends in a parking lot!

We will be wintering in Melbourne on the east side and plan to drive over for a day/night. Dry camp in NE lot is the current plan. If campfire is Wed night we will most likely come on Wed.
