This isn't your typical RV park................. From the story in that link:

The bodies of a man and a woman were found Sunday in a travel trailer at a campsite next to the suspect’s residence. Four males initially thought missing were found dead Monday afternoon in a pond on the suspect’s property.

Living only a short distance from Anderson Co where it happened, it has been covered by the local news. Other than some additional information about the arrest and the history of the suspect, there has not yet been much about it all. It don't sound like an RV story, but just more of the family squabble type thing. No pictures of the RV yet but the property from the road looks like a dump.

This happened on private property, not boondocking, or a campground, or a RV park. More details at: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2015/11/16/family-confirms-6-killed-texas-campsite/75893806/

In many areas of Texas and probably other states there is land which has been carved up into 5-25 acres sections available for purchase as a vacation spot or hunting spots. Many times these are marketed as "Ranchettes"
