  1. Where are you thinking of registering it? Degree of difficulty is variable, depending on jurisdiction.
  2. Weapons basically, are not allowed. If they find your bat, cut down, and under the front seat, it's a weapon. Expect to loose it. In a storage compartment, it's sporting goods. Hunting knife in the door pocket, same thing. Put it in a compartment, or kitchen drawer. Utility knife, see above. Food. Keep all frozen food in the original package. It's never fresh, once it's been frozen. Leftovers, try to minimize them. Spices? Don't worry about them. Unless you keep your "Oregano" in a baggie, as you head south. We're cool with it up here. Olive oil, not an issue.

    Test

ChromeBooks work for simple things, but they're not my cup of tea. Good for old people. 😆On the other hand, pics get worse and worse here.

    Test

Pass. Or is that a fail?
  5. Used the smart car recently to boost a new to me farm truck special. Auction sale '77 Chevy crew cab dually, 454, TH400 auto. Sat for about 5 mins, fired her up. Used #2 gauge booster cables, mind you.
  6. Nice ,clean looking install, Glenn. Pat yourself on the back for working in the heat, and still making it look good.
  7. Strip the IMG off the copy/paste, that will give you a clickable link. To insert the image, use the button at the bottom right of the posting window.
  8. Because keeping them out takes time and money. We have a volunteer brigade, that hides them, but the corporate IT office has decided they must be hands on for the final removal. Their time doing so removes their services from other issues, unless more IT is hired. Endless circle time. Invision boards, that the forum runs on, aren't particularly fun to oversee, either. In the past few years, the software has removed a lot of automated "housecleaning" tools, while charging more for the space. At the risk of a lynch mob forming, it may be time to look into a new provider. Think back to the last time the boards were down, and all the teeth gnashing, hair pulling, and wailing.
  9. Behind the white plastic covers, you'll find screws that hold the panel in place. Remove them, I bet you find the fuse panel.
  10. Time to learn harness repair. A phone call to CIT may yield some $$$ back, or other forms of help. Can't hurt to ask. It seems they're getting it narrowed down, though. I'd be looking back into the junction they worked in, looking for anymore corrosion, or suspect looking wires. I'd expect to see signs of electric grease in there, but if not, add some, after a good cleaning/inspection.
  11. The last episode was definitely human driven, not bot. You could see the time they spent learning the board, as they copy pasted several recent threads to post as their own. Once they had that down, the floodgates opened. There's no easy solution to this, only vigilance.

    Truckla

This one was built by the young lady in the video. I don't know if it was an insurance salvage, or if she was willing to spend that much to get views on her YouTube account, but it did make me giggle a bit.
  13. Light pull while turning the screw counterclockwise. Start gently, both with the pull, and the screwdriver. Gradually increase the pulling effort, until the threads of the screw catch.
  14. Trust the Dicor, screws are just multiple leak points. Still worried, add Eternabond along the edges.

    Truckla

I can't wait to throw a load of lumber in one.
  16. Works on the farm. Of course, those cats come with the self-discard option. I think they do, seldom have to worry about setting one out at the roadside for pickup.
  17. Just a generic internet pic. Came across it this morning. There was mention of I 30 or 35, if I remember right.
  18. Every summer, most of Alberta gets it. Shallow lakes, and long days mean the water gets to optimum temperature quickly.

    Rough roads

What happens when you don't slow down for the "Rough Road" sign.
  20. You can check out any time you like, you can never leave.
