cadonnelly
I am measuring the hitch height on my 2003 Alpenlite Villa Portofino. I measure when the fiver is level, from the ground to the face of the hitch pin that will rest on the hitch. There are no "levels" on the side of the fiver. I use my 3 foot level and measure how level my kitchen Island is in the center of the coach. The number I get is 43 inches, which seems low. Does anyone recall what there hitch height is or was? GlennWest
If on concrete or dirt the ground could not be level. Seen concrete off inches. I have a Lazer level. Shot Lazer from chassis at tire area toward hitch. Measure and add distance from Lazer to ground. 2003 Teton Grand Freedom towed with 2006 Freightliner Century 120 across the beautiful USA welding pipe.https://photos.app.goo.gl/O32ZjgzSzgK7LAyt1
