I fell in love when I was 13, never got up the nerve to talk to the girl. At 16, fell in love again and dated for a couple of years. When I was 19, I fell in love for the third time, married and had a couple of children with her. As a disillusioned, discouraged divorced man of 38, I fell in love for the last time. She is a sweet, kind, generous girl who is built like a racehorse and hot as a pistol.

I swear on my mother's good name that I never have nor ever will fall in love with a computer operating system. :)

I need to run PHP scripts along with MySql. Any problems running Apache with the standard Windows home OS?

No problem at all ....

Assuming this is for a development environment (or LAN only project), and not a production hosting environment, a full stack installer like XAMPP will do the trick nicely:

Holy moly! I dated Commodore Basic then and CPM and thought it was a long term relationship but then a DOS machine got me too. I kept Commodore around with Geos For Commodore and even put it on my PC with Geos for PC, the desktop before there was a Windows and ten years before. My DOS grew into a beautiful system and I dropped all the others too. So we've been together since 1984 but I decided to see DRDOS 5&6 But when DRDOS' dad was killed in a motorcycle crash she never got over it and stopped seeing anyone, so DOS aged into a beautiful 10 over time too.

Rich and Robert! I learned something here too thanks..

Back when I was considering switching to Windows 7, having decided to wait a year or two I bought a Windows 7 system downgraded to XP. It came with Windows XP loaded on it, but the install/restore CDs that came with it were only for Windows 7. No big deal as then I just made images of both. Harder to do with Windows 8 on up. Got a link?
