SuiteSuccess
Reviewed Resource Guide but couldn't find reference on removing driver's side door panel. My manual lock is sticking on that side and would like to get the panel off, inspect it and lubricate. Any " gotchas" to getting the panel off? 2006 Volvo 780 "Hoss" Volvo D12, 465hp, 1650 ft/lbs tq., ultrashift Bed Build by "JW Morgan's Custom Welding" 2017 DRV 39DBRS3 2013 Smart Passion Coupe "Itty Bitty" "Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. rickeieio
Glad you brought his up Carl. My driver's window is slow to raise, sometimes needing a "helping hand". Me thinks a bit of cleaning and lubrication will fix it. Silicone spray in the window channels didn't help. hone eagle
Caught the seat belt on the back edge of mine ,gave it a yank and the panel comes right off. Have a supply of the snaps from the dealer before you start, a lot break off. 2005 volvo 670 freedomline singledNewmar Torrey Pine 34rskswoot woot
NTPA Announcer
Mine was too. I just keep working the lube into it with the door latch, the key, and the lock itself. It finally "gave" a little and after repeated efforts it is now fine. I give everything that hinges or moves a shot once a month. It really does help. I think the person who had my unit before we bought it did 0 to it....
