  1. Other option is timing belts, might be able to source some timing belts on clearance at Rock Auto, 1/8th by 2 inch 48 - 60 inches long.
  2. The local grocery store often discards the rubber belts they use at checkout. These are tough sturdy belts. They can be cut with a good razor knife into strips. Any chance there is a grocery headquartered near you?
  3. https://lakeland.craigslist.org/rvs/d/lakeland-2013-keystone-outback-310tb/7267437359.html This TT has one.
  4. Look at current used travel trailer adds. You will see the type of table I refer too. And different variations of it.
  5. #5. With a QD, the rubber foot from a set of classic crutches will fit over the QD. You likely have a set of crutches from the ankle injury you got 10 years ago when you tried to show you still got it at the company picnic pick up football game.
  6. May want to use a table that has collapsible legs. The post design limits the usefulness of the table and takes up precious flat floor space.
  7. I would agree, in the won ton, I have two fuses that apply power to the air bags mounted in the wheel and dash. I would just remove the fuses to the bags and wait 30 minutes for discharge. I believe I would still avoid sitting in the driver seat when removing the wheel.
  8. https://www.amazon.com/Metal-Lift-Supports-Extended-Struts/dp/B00KWNWURG There are two versions, 80lb or 95 lb. I suspect either would work. I weigh 150, and I can lift the hood and both my springs are completely worn out. No pressure on either spring. $56 for the pair.
  9. Bring along a couple feet of similar guage wire, a crimp tool and connectors in your toolbox on the off chance it ever gets damaged.
  10. I am registered in FL as a motorhome, but I pull a bumper pull camper. I too have thought about adding a tongue to a fifth, boxing it in for strength with the fifth hitch and tugging it from the bumper hitch. Enclosed it would add quite a bit of storage.
  11. Can I break 60 lug nuts loose by hand in the hot Florida sun? Yes, do I ever want to do it again? Nope. I have the 1/2 drive Milwaukee Fuel with the friction ring, it will break them all loose. I just have to hold on tight.
  12. I had an internal struggle with my frugal self over keeping the original struts. The frugal self won a few of the battles but my "You've already got too much crap self" won the war. They were discarded to the metal recycle guy. Just need to find the hood struts next, maybe I will tackle it this weekend.
  13. Wider tires should stay on the rim well/better, if the need arises to air down the tires in a situation that requires it. Less air wider footprint, better flotation, especially in sand. The truck can then air the tires back up with a quick connect added, and an air hose.

  15. They never actually leave the payroll, then they start adding employees that you feel like profit sharing withπŸ‘¨β€πŸ¦³πŸ‘΅πŸ§‘πŸ‘§
  16. I need the hoods gas springs as well, just not as bad as I needed the luggage door springs.πŸ€•
  17. Mount the Mother-in-Law seat behind the rear most axle:)
  18. Look on the interwebs, but did not find one.
  19. Still waiting to see someone build a rack on the deck to haul the car at an angle, that matches the angle of the load ramps. This would overcome the breakover angle issue and provide some storage below the car on the deck for storage. Build it right and you could do oil changes and minor work under the car while on the deck. Would also get the car within the deck width, making it fit in the width requirements.
  20. This was how I found the part. I guess now I could get hired on as an old fart.πŸ€”
