  1. NVM, I found it on the VORAD schematic. MCFC 52 is the location of wire 6209 You may all go back to your regularly schedule programming.
  2. I have one single wire on the MCFC passthrough connector, that has become dislodged. Dislodged on the inside cab half of the large passthrough connector. I believe it came out of pin 52, but I am not sure. It seems to be marked 6209. Anyone have a schematic of each side of the MCFC Connector?
  3. Seems to have needed a good cleaning.
  4. Thank you, I suspect no 12v or loss of ground to the Engine ECU. The Truck ECM has no communication with the Engine ECU currently. Saw the grounds, I plan to clean them next. Thanks for the suggestion.
  5. Thank you, I suspect no 12v or loss of ground to the Engine ECU. The Truck ECM has no communication with the Engine ECU currently.
  6. I made sure I had continuity from the battery terminal past the fuse into the factory wiring harness, all all 4 fuse blocks. Fuses check good, and the connections were tight. 😞 There may be a loss of voltage in the rats nest of wires inside the cab. Hard to think straight with 95° and 80% + humidity. Going to find a wiring harness and start tracing🕵
  7. I guess I need to find what connector and pin the the engine ECU gets its 12 volts from and chase it from the side of the motor back to the source.
  8. Yes, I did have an issue at the fuses as well. Rechecked them with an ohm meter. All fuses check good from the battery past all the connections. No communication with the engine ECU. Catalina J1939 MID 128 IN Vehicle ECU
  9. Truck is cranking well, battery voltage is top off, with a battery maintainer.
  10. Still diagnosing, but looks like ECU not communicating. I have cleaned the connections at the battery box, now need to find the ECM and check connections there.
  11. I once again have a no start with my Volvo 06 vnl 780, believe fuel pressure is no problem believe electrical is no problem only thing I noticed while cranking the dash goes out. Does someone know if that's normal I don't seem to recall with the dash blanking out when cranking?
  12. 👍 I know, thanks, that will make it so much easier.😍
  13. Thank you Mr. Henry👍
  14. Had the same issue with a Jeep driveshaft. Splines were worn at the ride height.
  15. Currently in South Carolina, South of Columbia. Heading to Blackwater Falls SP in West Virginia.
  16. There is a requirement for reflective tape up high on the back of the sleeper. The tape should already be in place on your truck.
  17. He's is thinking clearance lights on the BACK if the cab. The answer is no.
  18. So Jaydrvr, which manufacturer do you prefer. I suspect the brittle plastic was at least 10 years old, not very many clear plastics last that long in Central Florida sun.
  19. Also when you stick your thumb through the brittle plastic window when replacing the rubber plug after visual inspection. Ask me how I know.....
