We are back in Tucson for a week or three. The RV 2 Way rally at Augies in Gila Bend was a fine time.

I am currently at Augies RV Park in Gila Bend. Had two trailer tires blow on I-8 Heading east from Yuma so I am here waiting for some new tires to come in so I can have new tread all the way around. Minor damage to the rig. Am attempting to contact Goodyear about their tires and the damage. I will be here at least another week as the local tire shop said they would have the tires by Thursday at the latest. I did not want to go any further with two possible weak tires.

We are on Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona, until March 10. Then on to the Escapees Park in Deming, New Mexico, for a short visit so that we can visit an aunt who lives nearby. After that, no plans.

After leaving Gila Bend last Sunday we went to Why, AZ for 3 nights (small park on the reservation behind a very small casino) then on to RoVers Roost and spent the night boondocking. Moved the next day to site 84 and will remain there unilt the moring of the 15th. Then it will be on to Tuscon/Benson area for a week or so.

We're back at our summer camp hosting job at San Onofre State Beach in San Clemente, CA. The park is open for day use only until May 15, but feel free to stop by and say hi. We will be here until June 1 when we head for Alaska.

Just west of Phoenix in Buckeye probably until the beginning of April. Don't believe we'll make this a destination again -- too big a city for us country-preferring folks, and it appears to be one of the most kid-UNfriendly places we've been. Took days of researching to find a place big enough to fit in that would allow kids. Guess nobody else likes to have their grandkids visit!

If you come to New Orleans just watch out for them drug eating rats that are eating all the drugs which are "Were" being held as evidence for drug arrests in the abandoned criminal court building.

No wonder the murder rate and various other crimes are running rampant in the NO area. icon_frown.gif<!--graemlin:;)-->
