How big a deal would it be just to replace all the lines from front to back and if so what kind of air lines and fittings. Mine leak like a sieve. Replace air level valve as well. thanks in advance for all replies. I have a 2000 Volvo 610 that had lots of air leaks, I started by replacing the O-rings in the fittings. I think I ordered bags of O-rings from Amazon. the hardest part in getting the old O-rings out. New O-rings got rid of a lot of my leaks. We had to replace a bunch on one our farm trucks after a shoddy welding shop burned holes in them with welding splatter when he was fixing the dump box. It was not a fun job. Many more airlines on the newer ones. But generally it is the ptc fittings that leak. Some can be replaced with compression fittings, some cannot. Had to cut slots in matt in order to gain access. My whisper device found the large leak. Thanks Parformance for letting me use your tool.
