Velos
I periodically receive advertisements for AARP. Are you an AARP member and if so what benefits to you use? Thank you.
Darryl&Rita
Once you respond, you'll have more paper for fire-pit starting than you'll ever use. sandsys
I was a member but the only benefit we every used was a few disounts so we stopped. We did occasionally find something interesting to read in their newsletter. But, Dave never approved of their political stance so he was more than willing to let me stop renewing my membership. Velos
Thank you, normally we get enough junk mail as it is... will just add the notices to the recycle bin without bothering to open. Safe Travels,
2gypsies
Our vehicle insurance went down by one-half using AARP. All we had to do was to tell them to take our name off all mailing list and don't sell it. Been junk-free mailings ever since. Sehc
I am a member. I will not renew when it comes up. They do not seem to do much for me over 70. I had ARRP Medicare supplement. Now I have lower costs with a company through Teamsters. I get the best vehicle insurance with USSA.
LindaH
We have been AARP members for years...and get very little junk mail from them. One of the benefits we use from being an AARP member is the mobile home insurance through Foremost. We've also used the Medicare Supplement through United Health. Customer1
No benefit to me. Also you should consider the political leanings of the organization and be sure they mesh with yours. Not being political, just saying do your own evaluation. Quote 2018 Keystone Cougar 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 DRW D/A

If you're just going to use it for purchasing cheaper vehicle or medical insurance, political doesn't matter. For $12/yr they can spend it how ever they choose. I'm more than capable of of not being influenced in any way. I joined only to get cheap insurance... and I did. Pat & Pete
I see it the same as any other store . If they have what you want at a fair price , use them . It comes down to doing your own due diligence and not going by what ever any Joe blow has to say . Including me . Edited April 30, 2020 by Pat & Pete Quote Goes around , comes around .
