Kirk W
It happened in CA back in February too. Jamul, California and in May 2016 in Texas I suspect that this is more common that one might think when we go far into the serious backcountry with an RV. Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... Now seasonal travelers.Kirk & Pam's Great RV Adventure
Pat & Pete
You may be right , Kirk . But , it seems that neither of your linked locations were/are , in my opinion , anything close to " serious back country " . Goes around , comes around . noteven
Fort St. James (south of Mason Creek) was founded in 1806 by Simon Fraser when the local people said, "You are in serious back country." "Are we there yet?" asked no motorcycle rider, ever.
sandsys
It can happen in an urban area as well. We were camped in a suburb of Minneapolis when a flooded river chased most of us to higher ground. Some people chose to stay on the flood plain, though. Our tanks weren't big enough to allow that option.
