Vegas Teacher Posted March 2, 2017 Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 I just noticed my topic about buying the semi vs. getting a moving permit posted three times. I posted from a smart phone last night as I was going to sleep. I do not know why it posted three times but it did. I just can't believe it was the process it was to get a moving permit. The temporary permit is $6.50 and I have gone through H@&L and back to get it. Insurance has been another issue. Then jury duty, and all of the time my wife giving me great advice in the background along with a 9 month old shepherd in the background howling at the moon because she is in heat. castlewood57 Posted March 2, 2017 Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 Actually with all this cr@p ahead of time, chances are you'll have a wonderful trip. Ours always seem to start out like that, delay a whole day due to missing calf, coyotes howling around the pasture all night. Spend half the night listening for any noises be it good or bad. Electric fence dying out, yes it always seems like before a big trip things go wrong. But the good part was once we got through it all, the vacation was great.
