alan0043
Hi Everyone, I have been looking in the resource guide for an answer to my question. But I could not find anything that could answer my question. What is the pipe size that Volvo uses for the glad hands ? I want to cap off the lines at the back of the cab for right now. Thanks for any help, Al 2012 Volvo VNL 630 w/ I-Shift; D13 engine; " Veeger " Redwood, model 3401R ; 5th Wheel Trailer, " Dead Wood " 2006 Smart Car " Killer Frog "
Darryl&Rita
Off the cuff, 3/8" NPT. Maybe 1/2". I have been wrong before, I'll probably be wrong again. 2000 Kenworth T 2000 w/N-14 and 10 speed Gen1 Autoshift, deck built by Star Fabrication 2006 smart fourtwo cdi cabriolet 2007 32.5' Fleetwood QuantumPlease e-mail us here. rdickinson
Keep the trailer brake line for an air fitting/hose to air up trailer tires and an air ratchet to remove bolts for car ramps and chocks. Marginal for airing up truck tires. Add to that, blowing out the truck floor, seats and dash as well as lowering the rear landing gear with the air ratchet. Makes a ton of noise to get back at the people next door with the yappy dog.

Brad & Jacolyn
I agree with Roger. Be sure to keep an air fitting. It is real nice to have on occasion. alan0043
Hi Everyone, Thank you for the idea to add an air line. My first truck has this little feature. It is one handy thing to have. 1/2" npt was the correct pipe thread for my truck. Right now I have the ports blocked off. After I have a plan together for the bed, I will go back an add the air line fitting. Next big step is a plan for the bed.
