Know is not a Glamper style or quality but wife found a 2021 Cherokee Wolf Pack 365PACK16 in her searches. Is close by just at an hour from here and owners are dropping price to try to get it gone. She wrecked her own car(Validated thru MO SHP records) and needs cash to get something else. Cannot afford another large payment with the RV still in finance. Contacted a RV that has worked on this machine personally, knows YET NOT friends of owner, and is willing to show where to look on these as to frame and hidden danger damage regions, was a tech at Camping world until a few years ago then struck out on own. Is a friend of a Friend. Going at 10am tomorrow, will be raining so should be able to tell if leaks. Photos looked OK, walk thru will tell the truth. That one fails is a 2011 Forest River Thunderbolt that has been rather gently used, again by photos. Price agreed to IF passes walk thru is $45,500, the Thunderbolt is listed for $33,000. Prices are in our testing stage market range, not needing a Glamping style Camper as yet but could end up that way. Dave

Been speaking with a RV Tech in Jefferson City (Independent), he has worked on this very one. Surprisingly he was rather receptive to the model this one is. Stated has seen a few bad builds, generally after 2021 model year came out. Gave me a list of look at points otherwise he noted was a decent 'Starter' for a couple looking to initiate the use. He had seen dozens of laid out the big bucks on Glampers only to see the same ones languish at a storage lot unused as unaffordable to use. Stated will be there as knows the couple and will walk us thru the ugly aspects of inspect and in front of them.

Big fan of Etrailer, one as they are SO Close to me get my stuff day after order committed.

I agree LAPPIR, there is a something fishy smelling there as the RV Tag alleviates any CDL Requirement.

Found a 2021 within an hour of here, going to look at it Sunday this coming weekend. Any Pointers? They Bought New, started price at $54k, need cash out of toys, dropped to reasonable per JDPowers to $49,9. Not really sure if a bargain at any price. Semi-Trailer pin Placement is technically Industry Standard, Campers OTOH is their own standard much as a 7 pin round is DOT Color coded but the RV flat pin is NOT, neither the six pin round. Semi Trailers have to place a dispersed weight to the tractor in a prescribed method for Bridge Law, RVs are not heavy enough where they are generally even completely garbed out, LESS than the weight of a empty Semi-trailer. When owned my own and driving for others, the Pin was usually carried at three to four slider pockets UP from center of tandems or if fixed, around 6-8" ahead of a single drive axle to shift enough weight onto the steering axle to satisfy equal distribution. My own HDT the OEM Fifth wheel is 52" to end of frame to pin center, at outermost interference point we are a little under 6 feet as to clearance for a drop body area.

Damaging the Ceramic changes the values for the sensor algorithms, that will drop a Check Engine light and a Derate. Know two that have done the power washer routine, only does not last, as to baking, these are regenerated in a Natural Gas oven at 1800+ degrees to remove the ash buildup and contaminates collected on the ceramic metallic element.

Is nothing to do but either exchange to a cleaned DPF or have the one in the machine cleaned. Unless find someone willing to chance a DELETE nothing of trying to cheat that system has ever worked. Is the main reason I accepted a Pre=07 truck to rebuild/repair.

Do they re-angle the rear drive axle to correct U-joint Angles? those are usually pitched to a off angle for the interaxle drive shaft.

My older brother is big on taking his Tongue trailer to Dry Sites with no hookups, especially along streams where he can Fly fish generally ALONE, he was surprised as found several of his old haunts were gated OFF no longer allowing even overnight stays. He spoke with a Parks Department rep that stated had been a growing problem of Waste BLACK and GRAY tanks being dumped prior to those site users leaving, NOT All, just a few miscreants. He was upset as he wrote me as adds the expenses of nearly always having to pay camp now while not at good sites for his hobby.

How common and for the base of year models is this? Looked at a 2017 Vengeance 377 Toy Hauler, on Large area Right Hand side had several 'Blisters' one over a foot diameter. Sales person stated their Shop could not touch it for Months so reducing price. Ask originally $45, down to $39k. Can remember Delam problems on HD Trailers in the 1980s, those took major work to repair and always looked repaired.

Previous employer from only last year called me to see if would come back, so went back, driving semi hauling bulk materials and man do I ache and hurt. Suspect this will be very short term as I also tried a Steroids injection at C4/5 this spring for tingling/itching conditions in Left arm and both hands. That only lasted until last week. Have a Torn Sacrum Iliac joint, was there invisible for 40+ years until had lower back surgery, that gave it new sensation ability and is a nagging mess currently, only way to repair is Pin it in place. Both that and C4/5 will be months of recoveries, sucks but the options are far less appealing.

HDT UNLESS is to be Registered as RV ONLY, no semi or straight truck capabilities, has a Kitchenette a place to do your toilet business, sleeping accommodations, and I forget the last aspect then is Registered as well titled RV, then receives a General Automobile License Plate. Cannot be a Towing Vehicle Only, Must have appropriate self contained accouterments. Now a One Ton can be registered as a RV Towing Vehicle, HOWEVER, is noted on the registration may ONLY be used to tow a RV and personal travel while Using that RV, also receives a Auto Tag and God alone can help you when try to haul ANYTHING in it even for your own home. Is No LONGER a Pickup or Ton Truck, is STRICTLY a RV Toter. Something about the HDT does not reflect same conditions within the DOR guidance.

LOL some of these responses!! Been doing some window shopping, went as far as Tulsa stopping in at dealers all along I-44 on a work related visit to a friend of mine. Prices were NUTS for older and some well worn toy haulers of all makes. Guess they have the Magic Golden Child character and function. Nearly every over 36' between 2013 to 2019 was above $50 and not wanting to negotiate AT ALL. Truck did fine on a fair distance drive, friend is the person I got it from, outside of Claremore OK. Spent a solid two days helping resurrect and mod out a 88 Ford f600 with a flatbed into a mechanics work truck.

With today's Gas, better off to remain on LP. Ethanol is in ALL Gas these days, a Scattered Few stations offer Pure Gas but at a really stiff premium as well is 'Reformulated' that has shortened shelflife to around six to 8 Weeks where loses octane starting Week one, fought that boating. Reformulating is a the use of lesser grade petroleum base and cracking that with exotic Catalytic systems to derive a Base Naptha for producing gasoline. Very Unstable compound so degrades rapidly.
