With all of your requirements I would think you would want to have a custom one built. There are a lot of things that point to that. 30’ alone is a rare thing. 2 full bathrooms In 30’ I have never heard of. And having a bunkhouse and a bedroom plus living space in 30’ I have never seen. Best of luck.

I have looked at RV Park reviews and there are a TON of RV parks. I wonder because of Covid will it be easier to find spaces because the Canidians will not be coming down to winter. I think you can only watch the networks where you actually are, assuming that they cover that market. They look at your IP address to determine your location. Let me know when you find out what they say about traveling and viewing when you subscribe “donate” monthly. I think when you do you don’t leave every 5 minutes interrupting the broadcast about “donating”. I assume that you never see them again if you “donate”. Or are you only locked into your home market? No, the big difference is pot stocks do not have a legal global market. And NIO’s are legal in every place around the world. I agree with you, that I should have taken profits on the pot stocks I own also. I have one that is doing well and all of the other have gone to shit. But I’m sure in 5 plus years they will be up nicely. I have been waiting for the market to correct thousands of points ago. Like you said unemployment and the GDP are a total disconnect from the market. But until the fed stops printing money and back stopping the market it might just keep going. A second lock down will be devastating. Then when people stop paying loans and mortgages and credit cards, the shit will really hit the fan. A day of reckoning is coming, it just how bad is it going to be. Glad to hear that your family is no longer in that area.
