  1. Some say all malls have run their course and we will buy on line?
  2. We don't drink water from our fresh water tank. I don't trust what they are made of. Someone once told me that some of them are made in China? As for approved water supply, my three wells are not approved water supplies. I do have it tested every few years but I get that for free. Seems that you are on the right track but do you really put money in envelopes? That I find odd. What is wrong with banks?
  3. Is there any reason that you couldn't get paid just like your consulting business? What vendor accounts do you require for a tax business?
  4. Regarding a printer, we were in the UP of MI two summers ago and my better half said that she wanted a printer. It is very rural where we summer in the UP and the Walmart is about 33 miles away so about a week later we went to Sault St. Marie to the Walmart and my better half asked the young man in the computer, cellphone, TVs part of the store that she wanted a small printer and he led us to the printers and there it was printed on the box "the worlds smallest printer". It was small and cheap so we bought it. As usual the ink is not cheap. Another unrelated story, that Walmart had just opened and we were there on a Sunday morning looking around and I see a liquor store in the Walmart not far from the cashiers and it was slow that time of day, about 9:30am, so I asked one of the cashiers about the liquor store, she was as old or older them me, 69, and she stated that the liquor store was owned by Walmart. I noticed a closed sign at the liquor store but the cashier told me to get what I wanted and pay for it at her register. I stated but it is Sunday and she replied "who are they to tell us when we can buy liquor". I explained that being from the Bible belt in SE Texas all liquor stores were closed on Sunday.
  5. Additionally, is it mandatory that you register you business?
  6. Do people pay sales tax on income tax services in Texas?
  7. We don't travel with dogs or cats because we don't want to pick up after them. I live on a small ranch in SE Texas and I just let my dogs run free. It has never been a problem and that is what we are used to. I sometimes think that I would like a dog with us but then I remember about picking up their mess. I am lucky that I have two of my children and their children living on my ranch and thay take care of my dogs and barn cats when we are gone.
  8. As noted above why not use eternabond?
  9. We use a set of Correlle dishes that we have had for over thirty years and they will probably out live us!
  10. We are still using Correlle dishes that we have had for thirty years and I would bet that they will out live us Blog: http://sandcastle.sandsys.org/ Former Rigs: Liesure Travel van, Winnebago View 24H, Winnebago Journey 34Y, Sportsmobile Sprinter conversion van Size We are still using Correlle dishes that we have had for thirty years and I would bet that they will out live us!
  11. We use a Nook with e-books from Barnes & Nobel.
  12. Thanks, I have a fiver with three hydraulic slides and two electric with a hydraulic leveling system.
  13. Before I bought an RV I attended the Escapees Boot Camp. I went to Livingston, TX, about 40 miles from my small ranch in SE Texas, but they do them in other locations as well. They stated that they wanted to help you but your third RV first. Good Luck
  14. It did away with the tailgate camera. I have the same Reese hitch and my fiver a 2018 Cardinal 3825 FL came with 16 inch G rated LT tires which probably helped with the height of the trailer.
  15. I have a 2019 F350 XLT, diesel, crew cab, long bed, 4X4, with puck system and I was surprised that with the hitch in the middle of three settings it is 6 inches above truck rail. I did buy one of those tail gates, the plastic one which has metal under the plastic, which I don't have to put it up or down.
  16. I have a small ranch in southeast Texas as a home base. I spend 5 months May thru September in the UP of MI. I try to spend one month in SW Florida each winter. I am a part-timer.
  17. I agree, the 8 ft bed is the way to go. Once you unhitch it is a bit long but I do it. If you think that you will be upgrading to a larger fiver in the future you may consider an F350 as there is a big difference in payload between an F350 and an F250. Good Luck
  18. You can also get the dish that is mounted on the roof and it finds the satellites automatically. Nothing for you to do but turn it on and wait for the picture. You need a clear shot at the sky. Good Luck
  19. Those will be little trailers. Have you considered a fifth wheel? If you plan to spend a lot of time in one place like winter in Florida a fiver makes sense. Good Luck
  20. It would not be my desire to pay $200 for cancellation fees. I started in August 2018 so it will end in August 2019 and I currently pay less then $70 per month.
  21. When people sign up for a plan they are generally required to live up to that agreement. When I signed up with ATT internet it is to run for 12 months under the terms at that time. The agreement I entered into gave me the option of when and if I go over the 50G limit they can slow it down, if they want or need to, or if I agree they will charge for 10Gs additional.
  22. If I didn't have a place to park my 5th wheel I would think hard about even having one. I have a small ranch in SE Texas where I had a gravel driveway installed and I ran the 50 AMP service for the fiver. Total cost was low but if I had to pay a monthly fee just to park it I would consider it wasted money.
