jharvey200
Happy Easter everyone. My RV has developed a small leak at the water control panel. The valve on the right that attaches to the white tee needs to be tightened a few turns (slow drip of water coming from it), but I can’t get it to turn. I’m thinking I need to turn the whole brass fitting, but not sure how to get the other pieces loose. Does anyone know how I can tighten this? GlennWest
Have to remove the runs from the manifold of tees. DJohns
If you get all the way to the tee do not just reteflon but replace the tee with a brass tee. travelinbob
Just a thought....make sure that the leak isn't coming from a crack in the white plastic tee. As already said replace with a brass tee. One good thing is that its out where you can actually work on it. My jobs are usually way back in where I can only use one hand to work with...if I'm that lucky. Ray,IN
Just think, the design "engineer" who thought of using a plastic Tee probably got a raise for saving the company money. I agree, do it right and use a brass Tee. Quote 2000 Winnebago Ultimate Freedom USQ40JD, ISC 8.3 Cummins 350, Spartan MM Chassis. USA IN 1SG retired;Good Sam Life member,FMCA ."
