Trying to decide what to do in the future for seats,  and maybe give everyone else an idea as well. Of what is nice and maybe not so nice...

I bought Knoedler Air Chief for my wife. She lves it over the stock Volvo seat. I am still riding in the OEM.

We have Gramag seats. Wouldn't recommend them. The seat bottoms had a groove in the foam that meant either hip bone would in the groove, while the other wasn't. Screwed up my back something fierce. Had an upholstery shop redo them smooth. Can't get replacement parts easily, either. Always backordered.

Two Thumbs up on the Knoedler Air Chief.  We purchased Drivers and Passengers.... a little pricey but well worth the money.

I just installed my Knoedler air chief and it seems like a nice unit.Cost me about 1k with shipping and I bought the Volvo adapter. But I didnt ask i just assumed but the seat doesnt have a provision for the I shifter. Bob i see you have a I shift how did you mount your shifter?

I modified the original bracket and it came out all right but a little rougher than a manufacture solution. Still seems like a good seat

I mounted the I shift to the plastic panel on the seat in the same location as the OEM seat using the OEM bracket.  It is still going strong after 2 years and 100 lb dogs jumping on it.  The Volvo adapter plate was mounted 180 degrees off, luckily I noticed it before I mounted the Seat.
