Your refrigerator will not operate in any mode if you don't. Is there any odor of ammonia in the refrigerator or inside of the outside access panel? Any sign of a yellow substance in the back? In the same rear compartment there are two wires that should have 12 VDC present, is that so?? You need the 12 VDC to make it work in any mode and the 120 VAC outlet to be good for 120 VAC operation. Do any lights work on the top of fridge eyebrow panel??? Check fuses and circuit breakers to insure both 120 VAC as well as 12 VDC is present.
