Finally registered in Cali, that was a learning experience in many ways. The truck was from Oregon and registered as a motor home up there.

Some stats:

915k miles on it, just getting broken in

Previous owner used it to tow his race cars

It is a Cummins Celect N14 Plus with a 10 speed automatic (three pedal)

Runs great until i got an error code on low voltage to Engine Brake, Have not had time to diagnose

It is a little rough and needs some loving, understandable considering the price i purchase it for. I did have them do an oil sample before i purchased the vehicle, it was also inspected by a certified mechanic.

Plans are to remove the flat bed and build out the rear of the truck into a living quarters, currently my trailer is a 37' bumper pull stacker. Construction will begin in January once i finish the house.

Congratulations.

I'm assuming you were able to get it registered because the title had already been converted in another state.  A little more information on that subject would be great.
