heavyduty
Has anyone had any experience with a aftermarket all chrome front bumper. My chrome parts are bad and painted parts are rock chipped. Raineys has a all chrome bumper for like 699.00. Just wandering if anyone has done that.

Broncohauler
When we painted my truck in 2011 I had a new aftermarket bumper bumper put on. I would have to ask my painter if he remembers where from. They make them to order as in how much drop I added a couple inches. The bumper was around $600 The chrome has held up very well but the back side is showing some rust. I highly recommend painting the back side to match your truck. I painted the underside of my drop visor to match and it looks a lot better. It's the small details you know

Randyretired
My truck has a stainless bumper. After 500,000 miles it needs to be polished. It has little pits that need to be sanded out if that is possible. What should I use or is there someone that does this? Broncohauler
I can't tell you about sanding it. But yes you can pholish it with a buffer and green rouge bar. I had my heat shield done for exaust stack after 1.5 million miles and it looks new.

GlennWest
For stainless use Mothers. It is a paste for buffing. I use it for jewelry I make with stainless wire.
