I plugged into the Volvo there is a lot of info available that I don't have on the factory dash cluster. You can clear codes. I plugged in to my work 2015 Pete that had a ABS code showed left wheel sensor and which axle it was. I like that you can set up the gages sitting in your easy chair. I would recommend using a tablet so it's easy to see.
Mine should be here today I'm going to try it out on my Volvo today when it gets here. Then on Monday take it to work and try it on both work trucks 2015 Pete and 2018 Kenworth. I will let you know.
Hi Dave,
We have met at the HDT Rally in Kansas I live in Arlington Heights only a few miles from Granite Falls via the Jordan road. I'm willing to help you but I don't have a garage to work in. You can pm me if you want and I will give you my number.
Dan
Yes that's the one but I think the seats have to come from a warehouse because they don't have any in the store. The flyer that I saw I think price was 650.00 or 750.00 but it's hard to try them out when they don't have any to sit in.
Dave you might check Motor truck in Everett last time i was in there they had some seats on display. Kenworth in Marysville has some on sale right now not sure what brand they are.
My truck and fifth wheel weigh 35,800 LBS and gear ratio 3.55 Volvo D13 with 13 speed manual. we get 6.5 to 8.5 mpg at 65 mph @1400 rpms at 70 mph about 1 to 1.5 lower mpg @1600 rpms.
I bought mine from etrailer Reese titan 20,000 lbs weld on i think it was 800.00 fit the frame perfectly, But had to trim for a couple of bolts for clearance.
Bank wouldn't loan money for a truck because I was not going to be using it for work. They wouldn't loan for RV because it was a HDT so had to pay cash.
