Hello Everyone,

 

Just got home from some errands and spotted a red Volvo 610 in Pinecreek RV Park just south of Calgary, Alberta. Anybody visiting up here from this group? If so give us a reply and maybe we can get together. My Volvo is in the shop getting wiring replaced from some bad electrical mucking in the past but it will be home this week!

Hi Folks,

 

We are now offically and legally, residents of the great state of South Dakota. We happily gave up our slave statis in the solialist republic of Califorski.

 

We left Sioux Falls the day before yesterday and arrived at Blazi Campground in Wichita,

yesterday. We will be here through the rally so anyone that's just marking timeout there waiting to come in....COME ON DOWN....

 

Val and Jim if you need us to do any running for the rally just let us know.

Melissa and I are at Redman Creek COE park Lake Wappapello Mo. Will be here for about 3 weeks. Neat Ice Cream place about 2 blocks from us.

We are in Des Moines, IA, for a week.

 

We ended up spending a total of 24 days in Custer, South Dakota. It was that beautiful and we really enjoyed all the visits we had with Mike and Pat McFall and all the others that joined us on their property including Roger and Susan Haddix and Brad and Cindy Tihinen.

 

We will be at Blasi in Wichita on 9/26.

 

After Wichita, we have an appointment with Larry Herrin in Kilgore, Texas, to have some repairs done on the truck bed. Then we will go to Dallas to have the entire truck painted.

 

We look forward to seeing all of you in Wichita.

Leaving Hopkins, MI today for Clay's RV Pk, in N Lawrence, OH, just south of Akron. We're there for 4 days and then making our way to Smith Center, KS for an appointment at the Excel Factory.

Sue and I are at the MacDill AFB Fam Camp in Tampa. Waiting for my cancer treatments to start. Will be here for about 2 months. This is really a neat place. Walking distance to a marina and a club with a bar and grill on the beach. If your this way, come join us for a cool one, on site #155.

After stopping at the toy store (I-80 Truck Stop) in Iowa, we called Steve and Sandy Flatgard. We are prestenly staying at "Camp Flatgard Wildlife Preserve".

 

The dogs jump down from the truck and froze!! I'm not sure who was more frightened, the dogs or the cows standing at the fence staring at them.

 

Probably heading toward Wichita on Sunday.

Will be leaving West Yellowstone 9/16 and head for Salt Lake City for 3 days then on to Wichita. Should be in Wichita no later then the 23rd. Post office box is closed so no more registrations at this date.

We are in IL NW of Rockford and plan on leaving our property in Sugar Shores on Monday the 24th, get a couple minor repairs done at a local RV dealership prior to heading west. Plan is to arrive in Wichita on the 29th.

Pulled into Wichita this afternoon and was met by many earlybirds. Gots lot to do in the next few days.
