GlennWest
We had several days of rainy cloud cover and no charging. Batteries got down to 44 volts and 12v circuits shut down. Bms shuts down at 33v. 48/12v converter goes down to 30 volts input. I should have got out meters and checked voltages but just turned on charger and immediately 12v came back on. It only a small charger. Now I have 3 battery paks and each one has it's own bms. They feed a bussbar where they are all combined. Your thoughts. hemsteadc
I guess your 48/12 converter doesn't live up to its specs.
GlennWest
It sounds like that to me also. Only way I can this happening. It is strange though as soon as I put that charger on I had 12v. It hadn't had time to put any energy into it. It is only a 5 amp charger. Deezl Smoke
Long shot from a shadetree that don't really know much, but can you test each battery separately for a weak or potential compromised cell? GlennWest
Voltage is consistent at each battery. If bad cell it would be off.
