12v turned off at 44v

We had several days of rainy cloud cover and no charging. Batteries got down to 44 volts and 12v circuits shut down. Bms shuts down at 33v. 48/12v converter goes down to 30 volts input. I should have got out meters and checked voltages but just turned on charger and immediately 12v came back on. It only a small charger. Now I have 3 battery paks and each one has it's own bms. They feed a bussbar where they are all combined. Your thoughts.

It sounds like that to me also. Only way I can this happening. It is strange though as soon as I put that charger on I had 12v. It hadn't had time to put any energy into it. It is only a 5 amp charger.
