RV_
This is a long video but if you have a Proximity key card for your car in addition to using your phone or Fob, this might work for other than Tesla too. Here he puts a 30 buck Tesla Key Card in Acetone and melts it, what remains is the chip and antenna. He then buys a ring online and proceeds to make his own Tesla key ring for much less than the Tesla factory key ring costs. Go to 2:19 into the video and see what is left over after he melts the key card. He really did a nice job on his DIY ring key.Now me I am not going through all that trouble when it costs about $60-70 - half what a factory ring key costs. My car is white with the black accents so I like the white and black ceramic ring key. https://teslaring.com/collections/featured-product Edited July 24, 2022 by RV_ Quote RV/Derekhttp://www.rvroadie.com Email on the bottom of my website page.Retired AF 1971-1998 When you see a worthy man, endeavor to emulate him.
