Nanny&Timbo
Hi. I will be travelling in Canada (mostly east coast) this year, and hopefully the US next year. Does anyone know where I can fill my propane tank on my motorhome, and if there is an app or a website that tells me the filling locations? Thanks
SWharton
Most towns have a propane supplier and many campgrounds will fill your tank. In 50 years of RVing this has never been a problem.
lappir
Agree with SWarton, but haven't been doing it for 50 years. I would avoid Ferrell Gas locations though. They are everywhere, but customer service has declined greatly over the years. Kirk W
Visit Propane.com, where to buy and it should tell you. Another source of information is to visit Alternative Fuels Data Center fueling locations. Many RV parks sell propane and most of those that do not will know where you can get it. Dutch_12078
Asking at an RV park is generally the best source for the area you're in. Propane.com only lists a few major retailers/refillers, and misses the thousands of local businesses that offer propane refills. As said, many parks offer refills, and those that don't will know where to get it. Star Dreamer
Not sure about in Canada but many truck stops carry propane too. You may be able to use their websites to find locations.
