Recently I've been speaking more and more to strangers and the topic of my plans for our 2 year trip and giving it all up first has been met with similar thoughts about RVing full time for at least some period. I am so happy to be able to explain about Escapees and how much it will help them learn what they need to learn. I encourage those who do not have RVs to come here and learn before they buy. I tell them about this list and what a great help it is with nice and friendly folks. Campers are great people.

I tell them how they can learn about tax and other issues. It's nice to point folks here. Just saying.

When we went fulltime back in 2008 Boot Camp did not yet exist but Life on Wheels did. We went before buying our rig. That education was worth a lot. Now Life on Wheels is gone but Boot Camp can teach you even more than we learned. I highly recommend going.
