GreenReaper Posted October 28, 2014 Report Posted October 28, 2014 We are looking at the purchase of a Tiffin RED. How about your thoughts on their product and factory service. We've heard a lot of "I knew somebody who......." well you get the idea. Thanks folks, can't wait to see what pops up!! Keep smiling!

Kirk W Posted October 28, 2014 Report Posted October 28, 2014 We owned an Allegro and had great service. We have numerous friends who own Tiffin products and have been very happy. I would buy one again. Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... Now seasonal travelers.Kirk & Pam's Great RV Adventure

I second Bills advice. I have been happy with our Tiffin product and the Tiffin Network has been a valuable resource for us. While most are ardent Tiffin supporters, there is a fair number of contrarians the forum to make it balanced. Mariner Posted October 28, 2014 Report Posted October 28, 2014 Before finding our Newmar, Tiffin was at the top of my list. If we were to ever get another coach I'd certainly look at them again. Fulltiming since 2010 2000 Dutch Star 2009 Saturn Vue Myrtle Beach, SC
Al F Posted October 28, 2014 Report Posted October 28, 2014 You don't have to be a Tiffin owner to join the forum. While the forum is intended for Tiffin owners it is also a great source of diesel pusher info, especially for Freightliner chassis and Cat & Cummins engines. Guest ticat900 Posted December 7, 2014 Report Posted December 7, 2014 Tiffin products are just like others. Human errors will and do occur in all units, some worse than others.I have seen and worked to correct lots of tiffin screw ups Not all so called problems are the tiffin peoples fault such as things they buy and install made by other companys BUT their customer and warrenty service is second to none and that's a fact Looking at the 2014 and 2015 models it appears they have corrected a vast majority of the earlier year,s misgivings

Their customer support is the best. Our 2015 Phaeton is great. Frank Kay - Co-pilot Roscoe and Maggie - Rescue Beagles "I asked God to send us a True Friend. He sent us a Beagle!" Jack Mayer Posted December 7, 2014 Report Posted December 7, 2014 My observation is that in later years - when production is greatly increased - that new ones have more minor defects in them than in previous years when daily production was not as great. I cannot scientifically verify that - it is just an observation. However, they do have good customer service. And I would buy one....
