You need to go to their website https://www.tsdlogistics.com/services/fuel-program/ to learn more and apply https://tsdv.loadtracking.com:8443/im/fuelcardapp. It takes a coiuple weeks and you will get your card in the mail. It is linked to your checking account, its an ACH debit card not a credit card There is an app you download . It will show on a map the fueling locations near you or on your route, you can see what the price is at each location. Some locations have discounts, some dont, but it shows you what the price you will be paying per gallon at each location . You must use the truckers lanes. At the pump you swipe your EFS card and put in your pin. Then pump your fuel. They will debit the linked account in 1-3 days and the statement will show your savings. There is also a $200 per week cash advance available on the card, you can go inside to the register and use the card to obtain cash if you need to without paying an ATM fee It cost nothing but your time to apply and get the card, give you the option if you want to use it or not. There are no annual fees or mininum amount. TSD makes money off your discount, if you get no discount there are no fees. The discount savings are mostly at Loves, and are discounted off the adverttized price. As an example, loves in Ft Pierce flright now is 2.48 per gallon and the current discount price is 1.90 for a discount of .58 per gallon TSD gets 10% or 5.8 cents per gallon so your final price is aprox 1.96 per gallon

Dont know anything about California. I did live in Texas for 20 years and find the history very interesting . My company was involved in the State capital expansion project back in the 90's, I spent a lot of time in Austin while that was going on and a few discussions while raising long necks of lone star and pearl brought up varying view points on the subject of the annexation and civil war. One of the outcomes of the civil war,as indicated in the US constitution, was that no state can decide for itself to secede from the union, that it takes an act of US congress to add a state, change a states or territories borders or expel a state from the union. As such, Texas and the other states that declared they seceded wasnt approved by congress, there fore legally they actually never left the union, reference the US supreme court in the Texas VS White case of 1869. Also if the annexation agreement went out the window, then Texas would revert back to a republic as it was before the annexation agreement which of course didnt happen as they are still the Lone Start State And since the US congress already ratified and approved the annexation agreement, which indicates that Texas can split into 5 states, they dont need to approve it again so Texas still has the right to split into 5 states and yes that would have to be approved by the voters in the State of Texas Now i personally dont think it will ever happen, surely it would be challenged at the highest levels of government, but would make for great theater. We have administered policies across the Rainbow Parks system in an effort to keep residents, guests, and staff safe while still remaining open to those needing a place to stay. Florida SKP Resort Corona Virus Policy Emergency Policy adopted by the Board of Directors Effective March 19, 2020 Our park, for the immediate future, will remain open to accept traveling SKP members seeking a rental site, based on space availability. However, in lieu of closing our park to non-members, we have developed a policy to both serve traveling SKP members and protect our park members. A major factor behind this policy is that as you can well imagine, many of our members are considered “high risk” under US CDC and WHO definitions. Please call ahead to 863-735-1499, to see if there is space available. We will initially accommodate you in our overflow lot (water, 20 Amp service) while we attempt to manage rotating placement as best we can to make “social distancing” easier. Therefore, effective immediately, all visitors will be required to sign an agreement to abide by the following rules. A single violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate expulsion from the park and the forfeiture of any advance payment made for the site. If you do not agree to abide by these rules, you will be denied access to the resort and required to leave immediately. While to some, this may seem drastic, we must protect our vulnerable, at risk members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We can, as a community of RVers, work together to remain safe. The good news is that RVing has prepared us well for this! Bringing our homes with us on the road allows RVers a level of comfort that others are lacking right now. Affected Events Escapees RV Club leadership and event directors have been closely monitoring the circumstances surrounding the spread of the coronavirus disease, otherwise known as COVID-19. As the situation continues to evolve, we will continue to monitor guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to inform our decisions regarding upcoming Escapees events and to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19. It is with a heavy heart that we made the difficult decision to cancel or postpone all events currently scheduled through June 17. This includes our Convergences, Hangouts, and Head-out Program (HOP) events as well as our RVers Boot Camps. We do not wish to risk the safety and well-being of our membership by continuing with these events. Unfortunately, the very thing that helps us feel more like family also puts many of our members' health at risk. COVID-19 is a dangerous disease for those who have compromised immune systems, heart health issues, respiratory health issues, and other health concerns. Those who do become infected often require medical attention, even hospitalization. This is where the now-common phrase, flattening the curve, is important. When forecasting the rate of infection, data analysts see a steep curve form as number of infections increases exponentially over a short period of time. As illustrated in this article from the Washington Post, limiting person-to-person interaction slows the spread of COVID-19. As interconnected as our world is, it is virtually impossible to stop the spread of the coronavirus disease. Instead, the CDC recommends we do what we can to slow the spread, or "flatten the curve," of infection so that fewer people are sick and in need of medical treatment at once. Fewer people in need of medical treatment at the same time means that there are much better chances of recovery as they will have better access to necessary medical care. This is why we have chosen to follow the CDC's guidelines regarding social gatherings and canceled or postponed most of our upcoming events. Uh...that's not a gotcha...its known upfront that 10 percent of the discount goes to tsd...there are no other costs...if your opposed to the saving by buying at a truck stop your choice....and completely your choice where to spend your money...having the tsd card allows me to save .72 cents per gallon in the example from the loves up the road , times the 65 gallon that my titan xl replacement tank holds comes to bout 45.00 bucks saving over their advertised price for that fill up...or bout 1000.00 using your 1400 gallon number...that's a bunch of cigars going up in smoke. Lol

Obviously that's your choice to use your time to search around a bit instead of using a truck stop that is easy on, easy off, designed for big rigs, fresh fuel, etc. In an attempt to locate a larger discount than what you will already know about before using the efs card.....I would challenge your use of the word "any" however...my 2 cents is the convenience, ease of use and known savings would outweigh a scavenger hunt but again your choice

As I clearly stated they get 10 % of the savings.. if you want to consider it a fee that's your choice. As it's part of the discount it's not money I ever had in my account in the 1st place. there is no fee to sign up, no annual fee, no enrollment fee and if there's no discount they get nothing. Call it what you want, I call it a good deal.

There are no fees for use of the card, only if you have insufficient funds in the account that is ach debited do they impose a fee...just like bouncing a check at a retailer. They make their money as part of your discount, so when you save money tsd gets a 10 percentage of the savings. If you get no discount then they get nothing. They are not selling you anything, it cost nothing but your time to enroll. There are no contracts. It is not a credit card or credit program, rather a efs linked to a bank account for ach debit. Yes you have to use the commercial lanes, swipe your efs card and enter your pin. The ach hits your account within a few days of the transaction. As an example right now loves In ft pierce advertising diesel at 2.74 per gallon...tsd discount price is shown 1.93.....81 cents per gallon discount..tsd gets 8.1 cents per gallon and you get the remainder 72.9 cents per gallon , paying round number of 2.02 per gallon. The app shows you real time locations where the efs card is accepted as well as the per gallon price. A great program to save money on diesel with no downside , why would you not have it in your wallet as an option ?

A lot of folks seek help, fix their issues, and never report back. Odd that the OP put a phone number in his post, wonder if anyone called them. Even though the OP may not have responded others may find your input helpful now or in a future search. The only response you can control is your own.

Tsd logistics for diesel, you have to use the truck lanes. There is no minimum requirement. The efs card is linked to a checking account. They debit transaction from it 24 to 48 hours after the transaction. Cost nothing to use, No fees ever, Tsd gets 10 percentage of the savings. Theres an app to show you real time fuel prices and discounts. Check their website, call them for questions. Takes a couple weeks to get set up, cards issued.

From Miami to key west is about a 4 hour drive. The overseas highway is about 100 miles long from key largo to key west with many small towns and 35 mph speed limits. Its a 3 hour drive. Base at some places like big pine key rv campground would put you within driving distance to see the southern keys...very popular location in the winter months so with out reservations you may have issues finding spots...and expensive
