  1. No, the app and the daily list do not show DEF prices. I have not needed DEF yet, I assume you pay pump price for DEF.
  2. You need to pay attention to payload also called Cargo capacity. Most people will run out of this before they run out of towing capacity. You, your passengers, and any gear + hitch weight + trailer tongue weight must fit within cargo capacity of the tow vehicle. As an example: I have a F350 dual rear wheel diesel, 5th wheel towing capacity of 34,000 pounds. However with me, my wife, the dogs, hitch and gear in the bed I will run out of cargo capacity with a 24,000 pound 5th wheel. There is a couple of stickers in the door of every vehicle, typically the one with yellow on it will list cargo capacity. This is as it came from the factory, any options added will reduce this number.
  3. Good option for the people of Arkansas. The governor's other choice would be just to keep them closed to everybody.
  4. You don't pay 10% of the total, you pay 10% of the discount. so if you save $56 on fuel you pay $5.60 to TDS and .40 cents to Loves as a transaction fee. not sure if other truck stops have a transaction fee.
  5. Great card. Just used it for the first time. Normal gas station price around here is 2.69. I drove 23 miles to a Loves and paid 1.46 after Loves and TDS fees.
  6. Congrats, Camping in it for few nights in your driveway is the best way to figure out what you need.
  7. Some states have time limit that you can be in the state before they consider you a resident. Check on AZ.
  8. I'm not be a fan, but I cannot see not having them. I do agree, they should stop weekend deliveries.
  9. for my F350 the discount save me around $30 bucks a fill-up, sometimes more. Really doesn't matter how how often I fill it, I rather spend it on dinner out with the wife than throw it away.
  10. I got our mail service setup already, even though we still have a S&B and won't be full timing until later this summer. Takes about a week to setup. We went with MyRVmail in Crestview. When I had our insurance agent run rates for the zip codes of Escapees, STB, and MyRVmail. Best rates were in Crestview, worst were STB.
  11. My son just bought a house and closes in May. It was empty, a flipper remodeled it and listed it in early Feb.
  12. Hi and Welcome! Congrats on the down sizing and sticking with the plan, even though the fun exploring part is delayed.
  13. It works at places other than Loves, just not FJ/Pilot
  14. IT doesn't have any fees and will save you money, why not have it in your wallet?
  15. These reviews might be helpful. https://www.rvmobileinternet.com/gear/mobile-cellular-boosters/
  16. Sort of, Our dogs need their rabies shots. Got an appointment for Thursday. You stay in the car a vet tech takes the dogs inside and vet calls you on your cell during the exam.
  17. Not yet, but very possible. I got offered a voluntary early retirement before this all started, comes with a nice check that will pay for a new TV and 5th wheel. Ordered the 5th wheel with small down payment, expected it to be delivered in early June. Check comes end of April when I was going to buy the new F350. We were planning to get rid of the house in April-May and move into a park model we own. that park is typically open late April to Oct. As a result of Covid-19 will there be any F350s in stock to buy and if I have to order will I have it before Oct? Will we get the trailer in July or Oct? Will the park open for us to move into the park model? So bottom line we need to have truck and trailer and be on the road mid Oct or we will have no place to stay. If fortune smiles on us, the park will open in May, I'll find a truck to buy in early May and we will get our 5ver in July or August.
  18. on 3/17 we placed an order for Riverstone 37 MRE 5th wheel. When ordered wait time was 12 to 14 weeks. Now who knows, hoping to get it in August.
  19. Use a mail forwarder as physical address with financial institutions if you want. Will you have problems, maybe now, maybe in the future, maybe never. Do some research, decide on the risk you want to take. All of my accounts will have a next of kin on file as well as my mailing address.
  20. It is not a real physical address. You signed and had notarized a form that gives the post office permission to delivery your mail to a third party mail forwarder. That data is in their database that anybody can search, if they have paid for the service, to see that it is a mail forwarder address and not one that USPS directly delivers too. Your address with a forwarder is not a USPS delivery point. This why you cannot file a change of address with the post office for your mail forwarder address, they don't track and sort down to your mail box number. The sorting is done by the forwarder and they must forward your mail if you change addresses, that is why many have deposit to cover forwarding mail after you quit.
  21. The fact that you are an existing customer using the same address for 10 years means they have not reviewed your account under the new guidelines. It does not mean they will not enforce the rules in the future if they are forced to do an audit. Anybody opening a new account will have problems unless they are prepared with an physical address. People changing address to a mail service are also having problems and I've read many reports of locked or threats to lock accounts until a physical address is provided. the below is from: https://www.fdic.gov/regulations/examinations/bsa/ffiec_cip.pdf For an individual: a residential or business street address, or if the individual does not have such an address, an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) box number, the residential or business street address of next of kin or of another contact individual, or a description of the customer’s physical location. For a “person” other than an individual (such as a corporation, partnership, or trust): a principal place of business, local office, or other physical location.
  22. That is a little confusing for new people to the topic. The federal "know you customer" rules, that they must follow, will not allow for only a mail service address being used as mailing and physical addresses. Yes, you can use a mail service address for your mailing address but must also provide a 2nd real physical address, typically a next of kin address.
