  1. But that's not a rino roof.
  2. He stated he got a 25 year warranty with it. Was not smooth though. I understand rino doesn't flex. That could be a problem. He was proud of it though.
  3. Yesterday a couple pulled into the resort we at with a 2003 Teton. I had to go greet them. Never seen another Teton same as mine, or I thought it was. It is totally electric, range, heat, water all. Has two power cables. Hooks up to 50 & 30. Also longer, 42'. He also had roof rino covered.
  4. My skylight is rather large. 2 fantastics might fill hole. I want roof flat there though
  5. Not really. Build frame inside, plywood, luan, roof , etherbond edges.
  6. Never use our fantastic fan
  7. You don't think the steam would cause problems?
  8. This is interesting. I'm surprised how many like a skylight. Know if I custom ordered one I would delete it.
  9. See I have to remove it and repair area. Also would rather have it flat here for solar panels later. Be simpler just to board up.
  10. Height not an issues with our Teton. Have no intention of trading it in. Keeper.
  11. See a lot of forums about leaks around skylights. That my problem. Usually damage is done once you see a spot on ceiling. Yes, it supplies light for showering. Most of my showers are at night and I see fine. They have no insulation there so they are hot in summer and cold in winter.
  12. I need to do some repair in the skylight area. Considering doing away with it. Really don't see a benefit keeping it. What you thoughts.
  13. Does this work with the brass DOT fittings? I just been buying new ones. they are a little pricey. Understand a manifold though. need to practice on something.
  14. I wouldn't go with dark colors. Look good but heat is a problem and don't need to add to it.
  15. This is what I intend to do in the next few years. Decals pealing, caps dull. Very nice Teton and feel it is worth it.

    Bobtail mileage

I seem to buy less fuel with the Freightshaker. $100 goes further that the Chevy did. So I can't complain. Now bobtail the Chevy wins but not by a lot. Short trips, town, it burned a lot of fuel.
  17. We in Gladewater TX. Finished a short job here and staying the month. If job is 2 weeks or more we just pay for a month. Leaving next weekend and headed to Livingston Escapees unless more work comes up.

Mine geared so 60 is just in power band 55 is in yellow band. Seem to get best mileage at 60 towing. But if in hills, need to run 65 or us 9th gear.

I mostly got 5_6, flat country close to 7 with my 2012 Chevy. So truck close to same, some better.

Wow, you all get better numbers than me. Bobtail 8, towing 6-7. I'm going by numbers displayed.
  21. They have lots of utube videos on repairing them. Not difficult to work on. Don't know how handy you are but I fixed ours this way.
  22. Just for thought, I have just shy of 15k on axles. My Teton is close to 40'. 20K for Teton. Two 8k would not be good for us. Like to see more margin there
  23. 2 10k I/S or 3 7k I/S? Which would be better. Just thought I would throw a wrench in this discussion. I thinking on an upgrade down the road and pondering this
