That driver was wrong in so many ways, and the quick exit from the cab indicates he was not wearing a seat belt. I assume not wearing his seat belt earned him extra points towards the Darwin Award. What his lawyer could say; Automatic braking failed, Cruise control failed to slow down, Seat belt was to long and become tangled up with brake pedal. The coffee was to hot and burn me.
