It is a Microsoft Partner and I was able to upgrade my Windows 10 Home to Pro for $30.00 which if you upgraded via the Microsoft Store would cost $199.00. Now I know you can probably buy it for less in some other places but this was really easy. I just entered my card info and a key was sent to me and then WIndows 10 Home took care of the rest.
